I admittedly used to be completely intimidated in my kitchen and cooked up a very limited menu of pasta and more pasta. Once I learned a few simple strategies and recipes, my palette of recipes grew and I began to enjoy the process of experimenting and creating all kinds of foods that nourished me and my family. Please take a look at this season’s line up and sign up for a class. I look forward to seeing you in my kitchen and around my table!!
