I’m very excited for a new vegetarian restaurant in Philadelphia. Our city is starting to have more healthy options, making my heart AND stomach sing – giving me more options to share with my clients and readers. Thoreau Restaurant is opening February 2nd at 1033 Spring Garden and the chef, Mike Jackson of Blue Sage in Southampton, will be serving up vegetarian dishes with a focus on local produce.
