One of the many things I love about Autumn is the pear… Its shape, color, texture, and sweetness… there is nothing better than a ripe pear except when it is added in to my morning smoothie.
Dare I mention the abundance of phytonutrients in just one pear.
This morning was one of those perfect smoothie mornings! It was delicious and sustained me through mid-morning. Cheers, and happy autumn!
