As we enter Autumn, I long for the taste of pumpkin pie. Like apples, the craving only hits me during Fall. Our bodies are so intuitive! To help quench my pumpkin craving, I developed a smoothie incorporating this nutritious powerhouse, filled with immune-boosting Vitamin A, potassium and spices that will help to stabilize blood sugar. This smoothie was the hit of my recent “Power Smoothie Happy Hour”.
